Hello Friends, I have a paytm account for long time.
I used this site for rechare and bill payment.They also have online shop.
10 days ago I ordered a Samsung Headphone from Paytm.com which price was Rs.360.
After purches on online they gave me docket number for online tracking.
After 7 days from order when I track the number online, I always saw NO RECORD FOUND.
I was really disappointed.Then I called paytm service center and send mail also but no reply from Paytm.com .
That was really don’t expected from Paytm brand.And it was my first shop on Paytm.
After 17 days from order when I get my probuct it was damaged because one side of speaker not working.I told paytm support team and claim for return but they don’t lisent to me afterall.
