This is the most useless and worst website I have ever used. I have made a recharge of Rs.500/- for my DishTV account on paytm website using my credit card. The payment was deducted successfully and confirmation message was also sent by bank.
After redirecting to the paytm, payment confirmation message kept on rolling. Even after 15 hours, no topup happened and recharge got failed. They didn’t even send any confirmation mail regarding the transaction. Customer service is very pathetic that they didn’t bother to reply even after raising ticket. No reply till now. I really hate this website and will not be recommending it to anyone.
