In my views Paytm is just a waste of time , it’s better to switch with mpesa or Jio money .
I have personally a very bad experience with Paytm.com.
Nearly 4 months ago I have ordered a puma shoes pair from Paytm which when I received was slightly a big size.
I have requested to exchange a new one, and they have acquired mostly 32 days to solve my problem, when I used to call the customer care they certainly tells our representative will call you in 24 hours and no one use to call.
And secondly I have tried many times to link my account with the app to load easy cash but their slow app service and working always been with a problem.i recommend not to use it.
