Option vanishes at time of scheme maturity

I enrolled for 7pe700 electricity scheme. Where I was to get rs 700 if I pay 7 electricity bill. When I am about to pay 7th electricity bill the option has disappeared from my profile. As usual u cannot reach their Customer support.
