On an unfortunate day of 7th March 2015 I ordered 3 jeans
" Koutons Pack Of 3 Denim Jeans " thinking its a genuine product as mentioned in the website, I ordered and got the order delivered after I guess 10 days time. After 10 days! no issues, I was excited that I got a good deal and opened the package. to my utter surprise. The pants were not even having a brand name. It had some random stickers.
There were no buttons for 2 pants. And then the most astonishingly surprising part. All the three were smelling really bad(Pungent). Raised a return request and after one days I got a call from the courier team asking me for the return of product.i told them that I was travelling and asked them to come on monday and collect it. On monday when I called them to pick it up. They said they can’t as the return courier number was closed and I needed to raise a new one.
Now there is no customer service number. No proper response from the customer service. And the worst. Its been 45 days and no one is bothered. They refunded the amt to my wallet and then took it back stating dispute. No proper response. no one is bothered. no one responds.
THE MOST PATHETIC ONLINE WEBSITE EVER AND WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.
