I have just download paytm app when I used it I have just seen that my kyc does, nt complet I have try this many of many times but kyc does, nt completed

I have seen that in u tube videos many peoples have this problem please all paytm agent resolve this problem

I have seen that paytm users complete kyc , but after complete kyc many users says paytm kyc cashback we dose, nt receive

And they says we buy a product from paytm we are doesnt recieve
