I bought an pair of shoe at the price of 499 ruppes from paytm. After late delivery of 7 days I recieved deffective product. On back of shoes color is shaded and some cuts on it. So m shocked why paytm sell this to me. After that I request a return for this order. My order is recieved and take back this product from me next day. Now next problem is begin paytm gave me a refund of 499 rupees on my paytm wallet not in my bank account. This is the big problem I faced if you want to transfer this amount to your bank then you have to pay tax on it. So my money tranferred to my account is 485 with a loss of 14 rupees tax. My amount is small but think if you buy a big product and same situation comes as me. Then you have to pay more tax on your money. So overall experience is not good.
