I ordered a women’s watch on INR 2300 for which I got the cashback of INR 940. Guess what I received a men’s watch of worth INR 1445(after expected delivery date) and it happened with me twice. The worst part is I returned the product and it took 7 days to refund the amount in my paytm wallet. So if I have to use the refunded money I have to shop on paytm or I have to withdraw it in my bank account for which they will deduct the money as service charge. I am stuck with that money in my wallet only. About customer service it is not sure by when they are going to reply.
Once one of my refund of INR 300 was stuck and for that refund I had to chase the customer care for whole month and only after that my refund reflected in my account.
Since note ban Paytm is not caring about customer service at all. Now a days there is no cashback offers as well on the site.
Now I use other Apps instead of Paytm for shopping a well as money transfer. One more thing to add I have done a lot of BSNL prepaid recharges but they were never successful.
