I would like to share my experience of online shopping with Paytm. It was my first time to use Paytm for shopping and I had ordered a coffee mug. The order was confirmed but then it took more than a week to be available at the centre in Mumbai. Also, the delivery service was not satisfavtory.
Despite of having my contact info the delivery person didn’t call me when he reached the delivery destination. Due to this I had to wait for few more days to get my parcel. The story doesn’t end here, after I received and unwrapped the mug, it was not the one I had ordered. They gave me something which I had not asked for.
However, some positive things also to be shared is that the packing of the product was very good and handled very nicely irrespective of the wrong parcel. My order was refunded immediately the next day. Like I said that my review is subjected only to online shopping.
