I was using PayTM to buy product and recharge mobile. Then I thought of using it as a Payment Method as well.
Here you go!
I used it for Paying on Dominos. I placed the order, selected the Payment Method as PayTM, I was redirected to PayTM Payment site, authenticated successfully and the payment was successful.
But wait.
The payment response has not been sent back to dominos and there is an error.
"The amount is deducted from my wallet but Dominos has not received the payment"
I wrote to PayTM for the incident. There has been no call. They are not able to understand the issue and only replying for the sake of replying.
I escalated to Grievance Officer but no action taken here.
DONT USE PAYTM FOR THE PAYMENT METHOD.
