Customer service: not bad. They reply if you face any issue in your payments or issues related to apps.
Product quality: easy to use app. Good when you use for online trabsactions and scan qr to pay.
Delivery time: the delivery time was reasonable. It toom 3 days to deliver a product from bangalore to hyd.
App and website: user friendly app. Website is also good. But I prefer app as I use it for phone to phone payments.
Reliability: I feel I has improved a lot in case of service.
