I don’t know why many have commented otherwise, but I have felt the service is really good. Fast, convenient. If transaction fails, I am able to try again with the same amount from PayTM itself shortly, instead of paying once again.
Few issues like, unexplained failures, no detail on recharge denominations, 1 rs charge, etc. But that 1 rupee is also given back as points to be redeemed. So I feel its good and its working for me nicely.
