Write my name is Koushik and today talk about the India’s biggest online payment app Paytm.
Yes my friend pic and if one of the best payment app in India. So after buying my new phone I thought I should also open a Paytm account like others. So I go to the nearest shop link my bank account and kyc in Paytm.
Unfortunately tl I am harassed many time because the KYC in bank account link does not work in Paytm. Access some research that many of users can face this problem.
I I am waiting almost 2 months to link my bank account in Paytm but until that day the link is not working. I am very much surprised India’s one of the biggest online telling that became link was not working almost 2 months and they do nothing.
I’ll call to the customer care many times but they did not answer me properly they said the link is working but I am trying lots of time but link is not working I send them send them a very bad feedback.
Like me there are lots of people face this type of problem. Did you just think almost 2 months I am harassed by the Paytm company. If I need urgent money what can I do I can’t link my bank account in Paytm almost two months but until the link is not working and there is no official announce well picture from the Paytm.
