Order # 617177595. Order placed on 9th October, was supposed to be shipped on 11th October and reach by 15th October. I called their office on 13th October when it was not yet shipped. Their rep confirmed it’s going to be dispatched that day or the next day at max.
Today the delivery day limit is already over and it’s still showing’Packed, Awaiting Dispatch’ since two days. I don’t understand what’s taking so long. I call their no and it’s always busy, always the answering machine. No wonder they never read mails. Worst service ever I have faced.
