I know many of you might would be disagreed many of you would be go with it. But the expetience I had with Paytm is a case of fraud indeed.
I purchased a ’Puma’ kitos from paytm few months ago. Initially it looked like a original puma brand kitos as only looking into it you cant discrement the fake from the original one.
Paytm selling it with a good discounted price, so comparing to other e-commerce sites I bought it , as it looks cheaper here. All packing were perfect PUMA tag everywhere.so that no one can identify as fake initially. and their policy of returning is only withing 1week.
After using it about 1 month hardly one of its parts got tore off when I was wearing it. Its just messed up my mood.As I felt like being betrayed, cheated by Paytm. I spent quite good amount of money thinking of the Brand. From a local store I could have bought this with half of the price and surely it would last for atleast few months without stiching.
The great Paytm PUMA went to Cobbler’s shop 3-4 times within 2months of using it. As each parts getting tore off within an interval of weeks. My god! I never ever imagined of such thing in life. As warranty period expires you cant exchange or complain also.
Every one should raise your voice and should complaint against this kind of e-commerce fraudulence in Consumer forum and need take a step so that no one again can not be cheated or suffer like us ??
