Paytm is not a good deal for online transaction. Once I bought an oven from the site and when the shipment reached me I found some fault in it. And then I contact the customer care but the entire team is insufficient when it comes to the refund and return. They said me that I had installed it wrong and so its not working. The only thing that it has yo be done is plug it and switch it on and c’mon they are blaming me for that reason. How lame! I got so furious and gave some sense of talk to them. They then apolozied and the oven was refunded after a month after.
The app is worst and the customer care is even worst.
