I am using paytm since December2016, this is very good digital wallet. Paytm looks like the opposite of gaudy. Folks here care about you. No hogwash there. Oh yes, there have been extreme examples including doing specific feature requests against tweets. Some examples, I am glad are mentioned here by other readers. We say what we do. We do what we say.The rating of four stars I gave to PayTM has four reasons.
The Web UI & Dashboard is elegant.They don’t rob you in the name of service charge.PayTM uses Paytm Payments which is also One97’s company. So hassle-free when something happens with billing. They fix it in no time. Ofcourse, I lost money for twice. But everything is fine now. Add funds via ECS( Electronic Clearing- Debit Clearing). It’s very addictive. Once you start using Paytm, you would hate to use any other product.
