I wanted to use paytm to transfer money but I couldn't do that because I had not completed fthey didn'tull kyc. I had already completed basic kyc. I called their customer support to know to do full kyc. They asked me to visit Paytm kyc point. I visited the center and completed full kyc. But after that I again started getting message "your wallet will be soon inactive your kyc will end soon". How can my wallet will be inactive when I already did full kyc ? I again contacted them via app and asked why I am getting this message they said I am a full kyc customer but reply why I am getting that message even after doing full kyc. May be that was error message but they need to improve their customer support and app experience.
