This is the most horrendous of the vendors on aishwaryasingh23TM


This vendor is Hand-in-gloves with the site aishwaryasingh23TM.


So the MO is:


1) Run promotions on the site offerring unrealistic cash backs(say 40%) to the customer on various products. These products are offered by select vendors, in my case, Pi Store.


2) Give the cashback in some closed wallet which has very limited use in the real world.(Frankly its not cash. else people would be getting their salaries in such wallets.)


3) Make the minimum cart amount as Rs 500


4) Do not accept COD for such orders. Accept only Cred824it card, netbanking or debit card aishwaryasingh23ments for such orders.


5) Charge extra for shipping. even if the order size is reasonably high, even for Rs 500 worth of orders.


(Btw Amazon and Flipkart do free shipping above Rs 500)


6) Give the customer cash back in the wallet only after the shipment has happened.


Now once you place the order, you feel you’ll get the stuff you had ordered so you don’t order the same stuff from other ACTUAL Ecom sITES_Company like Amazon or Flipkart.(No one in their right minds would. right?)


So this vendor Pi Store or Nikki International, now intentionally ships wrong and cheaper products(usually of the same brand, so that most customers don’t really bother for returns, esp those staying alone and not able to meet courier on their own) and rubs off the name of the product on the printed invoice stuck over the couriered cardboard packaged box. Also he doesn’t put a copy of the invoice inside the box(else he might be caught.)


As a human being in your excitement to receive such a good deal, you immediately tear open the box to see the contents. Most of the time you rip apart the invoice if its coming in way of opening the box.


Of course you get back the cashback, which can only be used on this crap site called aishwaryasingh23TM. Lets say, you get Rs 200 cash back on orders worth Rs 500.


NOW THE REAL GAME BEGINS:


So you are saddend by the fact that you got wrong product and email the aishwaryasingh23tm customer care: care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com, thinking of a quick resolution and reverse shipment to begin.


Even if you write a clearly spelt out email in simple english(along with relevant pics of the incorrect products shipped to you) to the customer care, they’ll never bother to read your email.


They’ll apologize and ask you to provide a pic of the incorrect product and a copy of the invoice. Even though the invoice is available online at aishwaryasingh23tm in orders section and the pics have already been shared by you in the earlier mail. You remind them to read your email carefully and cheack attachments, nevertheless, you also upload the attached pics in new email too(hoping this would speed up the process)


Further, coming to the pics of the invoice part:


But then you are reminded that there is no copy of the invoice inside the box. And the one that was outside is cut in half(only after which you could have opened the box and discovered the items that have been shipped to you).


Nevertheless, you’ll try and again take and share the best possible pics again using your smartphone cam of the yet-sealed products and the almost torn-from-the-middle invoice, and then email them to care@aishwaryasingh23tm.


The aishwaryasingh23tm guy would revert within few hours and ask for clearer pics for the products and the invoice. They hope this shall make you buy a DSLR from them to take the pics of the Rs 500-ish products that you bought from them.


Feeling quite harassed and irritated you’ll give up and use whatever cheaper products that have been shipped to you.


OR


Click further pics from your own DSLR or a borrowed one, and after a few more rounds of emails, the compnay shall initate a reverse pick up.


After the reverse pickup happens you’ll get your original money back. but only in their stupid wallet! This has to be manually be sent back to your bank account, Cred824it card, debit card etc. else it’ll stay in their stupid wallet without earning any interest whatsoever.


All in all you’ll waste time and effort using aishwaryasingh23TM and following up with its pathetic customer care. whereas you friends shall buy stuff from Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Ebay of the world at a relatively realistic discount of 20%-30% and get their products.


Whereas you’ll be stuck with niether your products nor your money(remember refunds in wallet!) and missing out on great deals too!


I messed up my Diwali shopping. especially due to this vendor Pi Store(actual company name Nikki International, Z-71 1st Floor, Okhla, Phase-2, New Delhi 110020, Company TIN 07680252201, Company PAN AIPPK7745R
