Friends I am very very sad and disappointed with paytm .The customer service is worst because we cannot talk to customer care like other customer care. It was not a good experience with Paytm and also has raised a complaints with paytm care but my issues have not been resolved yet.

I am writing this very informative and have a proofs. if you see that proofs you also believe on my review.
I Have added 460 rupees from my bank account to my paytm account on 01-02-2017 Bank Txn ID;2050709102370320 And wallet Txn ID;6235371734 and 80 rupees was already in my paytm account. After that I send money 540 rupees to my bank account on 01-02-2017. In paytm account it showing successful send to bank but money has not come in my bank account. 10 days later I go to my bank for enquiry why my money has not come to my bank account. Then I meet branch manager and discuss my problem. He checked and tell me that you "MONEY IS ON HOLD BY PAYTM"(I have proof of this down). Then he unhold my money but then also money not come in my account. Then told me that there is a problem from paytm you contact to customer care. Then I Call to costumer care only one thing I hearing from there is recorded thing I want to talk to customer care like other customer care but every time failed. I complain many times but no response from there. I suggest you to no adding money to wallet or sending money to bank. The security is not very good.
