Hi, Friends! I want to share my review on this PAYTM Site/App.
I Selected this site beacuse I used this site/App. many times.
I disappointed, like other users said, they credit cashback in paytm wallet, before product is delivered. And soon they cancel the order, because their vendor was not capable to deliver and refund again the the paytm wallet. Why do I again purchase from Paytm, when they are not capable of delivering even the listed product?
Providing cashback and refund in the wallet is like "Offering a product for Indian currency but cashback in foreign currency. Such that with this cashback/refund, either you have to buy some cheap / fake / inflated price product locally(at paytm) or to get benefit of cashback in the wallet, again you have to spend, to visit the foreign currency land and do unwanted shopping.
RBI should revoke PAYTM wallet permissions as Paytm is misusing and doing frauds with it’s customers.
Paytm is not reliable and doesn’t have any good control on it’s vendors as this is a marketplace model and is totally mismanaged it seems.
Would suggest Paytm to change their cashback credit timings and credit cashback only when the product is delivered and confirmed by customer. Currenlty cashback and refund in the paytm wallet is utter disappointing, specially when the amount is huge.
I am writing because I had bad experience with paytm shopping and currently in talks for my full refund into my bank a/c.

Recharge wise I had OK experience.
