Hands Down on of the best app for products however what follows after that is the nightmare. I have been in Customer Service Industry for last 17 years and I would surely rate my experience so far as the worst possible and all this starts post you have paid for the product which you dont know the fate as the icing on paytm cake is the worst in class courier service which is expressbee and trust e there is nothing xpress about them and there service is just a bunch of lie.
I happened to place an order on the 17th october with the delivery date as 21st however somewhere I was prepared for delay as Diwali Holidays were in pipeline. So I started my follow up as they promised me on time delivery. the number mentioned on the app claims that he is on holiday and the information is wrong and to y fear the missed delivery SMS starts coming in even after no attempts to make delivery. Then comes the horrendous task of reaching Xpress bee never happens after 8 attempt 9th attempt call get connected with wait time of 15 minutes and with no resolution so as for email no mail yet.
When called paytm which got connected after 5 min wait time was welcomed by a very sleepy and lazy customer service executive whom I had to wake up from sleep and question to help me out so now the app says delivery by 21st but paytm say no it by 24th on there system I was regretting by now why did I become greedy for some point and loosing my money.Even after escalating to two levels it jut got worse where I was thankful to the sleepy agent that at least she woke up and post that came two robots with no response AT ALL
wrote to the CEO no response wrote on twitter no response wrote on support mail no response lets see where it goes
