On 25th April I have booked the product(Symphony Storm 70i 70 L Tower Air Cooler With Remote) from paytm site, after a very long time I got my product delivered on Wednesday 4th May 2016.
When I open the box found my product physically damage, I called upi to the customer care and reported the same.
They promised to replace the product but they have set an condition that I have to courier them back the porduct spending my pocket money, this is seriously not acceptable I have spent RS 16, 586 for this product and now they are asking me to courier them back spending my own money.
