Paytm is selling defected and damaged laptop of HP, after selling they have no refund or return policy.They will not listen your complaint .
They will just ignore your request .beware before purchasing any electronic item from paytm.I am a recent victim of this fraud.
I bought a Hp 15-p077tx laptop from paytm.As soon as I started using this laptop I came to know, it has some hardware issue.I went to HP service center, they told same and took my laptop and told me to come back after 7 days.I was really annoyed to see that in a new laptop it has hardware issue.
When I contacted paytm, they told me that it does not come under their policy and I need to contact seller.seller is not taking any responsibility.I am feeling as a loser today.Please think 4 times before purchasing any item from paytm.its worst ecommerce seller.they are just their to loot your hard earn money.
