The so called paytm application is now a days very trendy way of shopping , bank transferring, ticket bookings and many more.
But the paytm app is not up to mark because I have seen many problems .one sch problem is wallet to bank transferring, sometimes the money is debited from wallet but isnt transfeered to bank.
Other problem is slow process of transferring the money .
Since it is the one of the larget payment sites so it should give some benefit and comfort to the customers.
One more problem is regarding cashback.there is no sure cashback in paytm nd is seldom provided to the user.
Atlast I believe paytm should develop according the people’s expectations.
