Did few recharges from PTM today. one of the recharge is stating pending with operator confirmation, "ORDER NO. 1233287388", since 11:30 approx 3 hrs, I have sent mail and tried to escalate but no response, calling Paytm but only IVR is asking to send mail. there is no one to hear complaint.
I am Writing this review/complaint on Maothshut as it is widely known site, and I think i’ll get my Query Resolved relay soon. Requesting Paytm to please maintain their value.
