Worst experience ever.

Friends, I would like to draw your attention to the malpractice of Paytm.

i)I made an order of Samsung Galaxy E7 mobile on 13/10/2015. Paytm cancelled the order after 2 days saying it to be technical issue.

ii)Again I placed an order of Nikon D5300 dslr camera with lens worth rs 49665 on 17/10/2015. The order was cancelled on 21/10/2015. Again the same technical isse.

iii)I called Customer Care. They said sorry and transferred my call to their supervisor named Prakash Mehra. Prakash asked me to place a fresh order and assured me that this time the order wont be cancelled and  he would personally track the order till I receive the product. The guy gave me assurance via mail too. On his words I once again placed an order on 21/10/2015.But this time for Rs 20 extra as the price had increased to Rs 49685.The next day I called customer care and talked to Prakash. The guy assured me several times.

Finally the product was picked up by courier company "Expressbees" on 24/10/2015. But from 25/10/2015 the courier consignment vanished. Neither myself no Paytm nor the courier company itself was able to track the consignment.

From that day I have been talking to Customer Care almost every day for 2hrs minimum. But noone was able to track the consignment. They kept asking me to wait for 2 days till some information was gathered. I tried contacting Prakash Mehra several times but the guy never ever felt it his responsibility to respond to my calls. Everytime I used to call Customer Care I had to make tgem understand my problem for half an hour. Then they would transfer my call to supervisor. The supervisor would ask me to wait for another 24 to 48 hrs. On 02/10/2015 evening I get a message from Paytm that the order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. Paytm had given rs 7000 cashback. Since I was pretty sure that I would get the product this time, I used the cashback of 7000 for unimportant purchases. Paytm after cancelling the product deducted rs 7000  and refunded rs 42685 only.

Since then I am shocked. Is it a business stunt. First they make customers place an order, keep their money, then give them some cashback .They wait till the cashback is used to make purchases from paytm. Then they cancel the parent order and deduct the cashback amount from the order amount and refund the remaining amount. This is how they do business.Since a week I am on search of Prakash Mehra but the guy is on run.

Pathetic experience from paytm.
