Guys if u r thinking of doing online shopping on paytm I would recammened u to think thousand times before doing it. I had placed my order on through paytm on 11th sept 14 and till now i.e after one month I haven’t recvd my product.
Aur customer care service toh unki itni ghatiya hain ki everytime u contact them they just issue tickets but do nothing. And when I contacted their courier service they said "we hve already sent the product par beech mein kahi gayab ho gaya". Now who is responsible for this.
