I had made an order of woodland sandles(order id:918788298) on 22nd april 2015 on 60% cashback. I made payment and got confirmation mail by paytm. After waiting for a week there was NO UPDATE about the order.
After writing several mails to paytm customer support I got an update that my order has been cancelled and they will start the refund process. It was 1st may 2015 I got money back in my paytm wallet and I made it refund to my bank account. its over 14 days there is no clue about the money.
After writing several mails regarding refund they provided me a transaction id and asked me to contact the bank. The transaction id they provided was my debit transaction id. and in every response I got they told me to wait for 2-3 days. When I mailed them that I will take legal actions then responded me with same offer 60% cashback.
Paytm customer support seriously sucks. Till now I have NO IDEA about my money. Paytm may be providing nice offers but its your good luck if everything goes fine otherwise keep waiting for response.
No to paytm.!
