I used to do on line purchase from 2010 on various online sites like Amazon, ebay, Flipkart, Snapdeal, rediff etc. I never experienced this kind of a fraud deal till 20.5.2016
I have brought a car DVD player, Pioneer make model AVH-X2790BT from paytm for Rs.20087 on 20.5.2016 and received the item on 26.5.2016. The item was a 1.5 year old non working used and tampered one.
I have given a return request on 27.5.2016 for return and refund for the same. Item photos attached.
After the continues daily follow up they approved the return request but item was not picked up even after 10days. They says that it will pick up in 3-4 working days. Finally after getting the confirmation from paytm I send the item back to supplier by paying courier charges of Rs.400. To test the unit I have paid RS.500 to the authorized Pioneer dealer here.
The courier agent delivered the item on 16.6.2016 but I received a partial refund of Rs.16887 on 23.6.2016. Remaining amount is added to the wallet.

very long and lengthy process to get a refund.
Fraud suppliers who wants to make money through online shopping.
No warranty available for any Pioneer products.

They have refunded a total of Rs.19887 includin wallet amount. Balance of Rs.400 of Courier charge+ Installation charge of 500+ their processing charge to transfer the money from wallet to Bank Rs. 125 is gone. So I lost a total of RS.1025.in this deal. So Stay away from paytm for online purchases.
You can find lot of promises in their site but you will never get it fulfilled.
SO I REQUEST YOU ALL THAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PAYATM. THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE YOU BUY anything FROM PAYTM.
