I did a recharge with my credit card for my Vodafone account and got a message from this site that the transaction was not successful. However later when the statement got generated for the Credit Card I found out that this PayTM site has claimed for the recharge amount even though the transaction was unsuccessful.
I did tried to contact them multiple times via mail as they don’t have any helpline number but all my efforts have been in vain. Now they have even stopped replying to my emails.This is just to inform everyone that this is a fraud site that just aims at making profit with hard earned users money without giving the required services which they boast off.
Please BEWARE of this site and DO NOT do any recharges with this site.
