No responsibility if a transaction fails

If a transaction fails, more times the app crediting the fails trasation money automatically to our bank account but same times it’s not re crediting and there is no trusted custamer service there is an email id for custamer care but there is no response even we emailed to the mail. So that the compeny should concentrate on this
