Cheat company no payment done for order no :189008

I tried recharging my bsnl mobile with 43 the amount was debited with order no 189008064 on 16-01-14 at 10:45 AM, but no recharge was made.A transaction failed email was received which said the amount has been credited to paytm cash but there is no amount there.Even after writing several mails on care@paytm.com they have not turned.


So I think they are waiting a legal action to be taken to set the things in write direction and stop cheating people.

Dear Customer, We are very sorry to read your issue here. Best way to resolve any concern is to send an email to care@paytm.com. We are available 24 hours on all 7 days of the week to resolve your issues. I’m sorry that the recharge for your mobile # 9407993703 did not happen. In fact our system received a delayed response from your bank’s online system stating the amount has been deducted from your account. As soon as I realized what had happened I initiated a transfer back to your bank account with reference number IGP9813540. I do feel awful about this terrible mix up as this is not acceptable by Paytm standards and we are working on fixing this. I know you’ll be worried if you don’t see the amount in your bank account immediately, but don’t worry as it may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
