Seriously paytm has the worst customer care services in the entire world, it was 6 days back when I paid my landline bill and it was unsuccessful and they sent me a message saying we have activated a request for your refund and till now there has been no progress at all. There is only one number for complaints regarding payments and banks that is 01133776677 which will again not allow you to talk to their customer service representatives. You will get irritated and atlast you will let go your money saying who will do all this process. They will then send the money to your home branch which again will not come to your savings account it will be in your home branch, if you want the refund you have to go to your home branch bank and there you have to request them to transfer your money then after 7 days you will recieve your money. Such a pathetic service they give.
