I used PayTM for paying Rs 2000+ on FoodPanda but order was not matured.
I was assured that payment has been made and I should contact FoodPanda which apparently asked me to repay as they were never paid by PayTM.
Next day I was informed that PayTM has refunded and to my surprise they blocked money in Wallet and asked me to pay 4% for getting refund.
How can they ask money for refund if they had deliberately not paid to FoodPanda for the order?
