Hi People,
I want to share my awful experience with Paytm. I ordered a product called Zimfit thermal cloth from their website and as there was no proper size chart to select and confirm my purchase I thought may be small size is 80 which was the least number mentioned on this product. Thinking the same I order it but unfortunately the size was way too small. This order costed me(Rs. 681 - cash back of Rs 65)=Rs. 616.
I then emailed their customer care about the same. As a response they asked me for the photo of the outer packaging and product received. Which I did. To which they replied back that they could not accept return cause the seller does not accept returns.
Now this product is useless for me. Do these people really think that their customer get money from a tree that they can bear with loss of this kind of situation. Really this is very frustrating.
My advice to all you people is that please carefully read the seller`s condition and then buy the product. Cause Paytm does not give a damn what happens to their customer experience. I was planning to buy many other products from their website in the future. But I promise myself that I wont do this mistake in my lifetime.
Paytm has lost their valuable customer that is for sure. And may lose many others if they do not serious think about these scenarios.
For me I can only think about this and grin over what Paytm did to me.
