Paytm is good for recharging my mobile number and ordering something and their wallet system is one of the best, but recently I faced the dark side of paytm, i was adding 50rs in my paytm wallet,
When I reached to the climax I mean to the payment gateway it said "something went wrong" I tried again but the response was same
After few days when I checked my bank account statement, i was shocked to see that 50rs is deducted from bank account
I contacted to paytm customer care right away here is the response I am getting everytime I contacted .the words remains the same no matter what I write
"Hey Akash, We’ve not received the amount from your side. In case if it is deducted from your bank account then it will be transfer within 3 to 10 working days. Hope this helps! Thanks!"
