Paytm.com is one of the worst e-commerce website I found ever in my life. Whenever I try to do recharge for my phone it never works in the first attempt. After three to four attempts it is done. Many times when the recharge is unsuccessful and still the amount from my bank account gets deductes and gets collected in my paytm wallet.
Now every time its tedious for me to use this paytm wallet balance. In the same way if I don’t want to use Paytm wallet, then my money gets engaged there for a long time. Its really critical when you have less money and some of it gets engaged in this paytm wallet. Other then recharges the service to buy other electronic items and cloths is also very bad.
