Hello friends today I am sharing my very poor experience with paytm mobile app some days ago I have to recharge my Vodafone number so I decided to recharge with paytm in view best plan section I was found 448 rs plan according to t/c of this plan I am eligible unlimited data and calling for 84 days so I chose to recharge with this plan after successfully transaction I got a sms that your 448 rs done and you got 380rs talktime in your Vodafone number when I contact with customer care they told me that there no 448 plan in your number.then I am contact paytm and they told me that they didn’t give me refund
So next time when you recharge your phone number with paytm check your existing plan from customer service or by ussd code
