PayTm.com entered into the market as online recharge website but gradually it became an e-commerce site.It has frequent offers which pulls the customer to buy from it.Today I have made a order(watch) from Paytm.com.
After the payment have found that I have selected a inappropriate delivery address.Soon after I have mailed to the support team as well as tried to call on the given helpline number.
I have called 5 times in whole day and every time I have waited for 8-10 mins but no one picked the call.There was a option to get a call back from customer care executive for urgent issues, that also have tried but no call.
Finally after my 3 mails, they have responded that the product has already been dispatched and they apologize for it.But I dont know how they will manage to get me the product?
Hell with its Support ! Worst Support ever!
