I hd bought an aquaguard RO enhance from paytm for 12600 but instead they deliverd me an aquaguard water purifier. Firstly they dont have a customer care no. Then when I mailed them the details they told me they’ll give an additional discount of Rs 500 to keep the wrong product. When I told them I dont want to keep the product at all. they dint revert me back for 2 weeks. after several reminders they told me that they aranging a pick up of product and I ll get my refund.
After waiting for 2 weeks I got a mail that the request of pickup has been cancelled and they have closed the case. Wtf I was so irritated I called their corporate office but no body was ready to help me out and then after several mails and reminders they again reverted back that they are arranging a pick up. Again after waiting for a week the product was picked from my place and after a week they refundee only 10500 saying rest they have given in cashback. What the hell.
Please never buy from them. they are cheats and dont have any kind of service backup. Pathetic company with pathetic people.
