I like the concept of awards and deals that it provides with bill payments. And most of the deals are genuine. But
I don’t understand why such reputed App having so much trust among masses keeps some spam deals. Like win
1lackh if you are lucky, win 10000000 if you are lucky user by recharging this you can win this much amount that
much amount?I am 100% sure that no one has ever won that much amount! So what is the purpose behind
keeping such fake deals?
Its a humble request to paytm to remove all such deals which makes really no sense. And we all know that no
one is ever going to win such massive amount. The design and layout it pretty user friendly. But there are some
hidden stuffs that user have to find it by searching it by going too deep inside my options. Like if I want the
receipt of my paid bill then on desktop site I have to find it under many options. Why don’t they give receipt
after successful recharge? There are many cool features like I can send money to my friend and also I can receive it.
Almost all the bills right from phone bill to light bill I do with PAYTM. So without this app I think so I might have wasted many hours in big queue, Am so thankful for paytm to save my hours in big queue.
There are some bugs in this app. I tried paying light bill by using credit card. But this app first added that money in my paytm wallet and then it took it from my wallet resulting into taking all the cash from my paytm wallet.
So please paytm look for this issue. Because of this I also lost the deal where adding large chunk of money to your paytm account wallet gives you some reward. I lost that deal as I didn’t applied the promo code. But overall this is the best app and will be forever!
