Nowadays paytm took very major part in our daily life transactions from shop to mall all over paytm cash is accepted. I also genuinely used it untill I met this bad experience.
Me and my friend went in one mall there we bought some t-shirts and then we decided to pay via paytm so we were paying our money separately. So he paid his bill after that I also scanned that code from that shop and just paid the amount. I thought it was received by them. But it wasn’t. Money was deducted from my account but didn’t received by them so we waited for some time but still not change in the situation.
Then I paid through cash. And when I went back to home I call their customer service they said that there was some problem in the transaction and they solved the problem but money was send to that account so I went back to the shopkeeper and took back the money.
Finally my point is because of their mismanagement I have to suffer in problems.
After that I stoped using this app.
