Today I’m going to share my personal experience regarding paytm application. I have been using this application sonce ages but one fine day when I transferred money from my wallet to my friends wallet, he didn’t get it. I tried contacting the paytm customer care but they don’t have a call helpline number so mailed them regarding the same issue but didn’t get any response from their end. Paytm is such a big company and they don’t have a call centre, that’s the worst part. Though it’s an amazing app for transferring money, paying bills and recharging online, one should carry out the transactions on their own risk. Never expected this from paytm.
