Paytm is one of the biggest fraud companies in India.
For the first time, we booked flight tickets through Paytm. Now when we try to change the flight, it does not work.
We tried both the app and the website. I spoke to their customer care, and they said’if you reschedule through us, it will cost you Rs.2, 500 extra".
Their system doesn’t allow us to make changes so we have no choice but to avail customer care support who will then charge us more.
