I have been using paytm since 1-2 year as im not too much dissapointed from the app as we can recharge our mobile can pay electricity bill and we can also pay broadband bills, water bill, college fees and many more and hence we can transfer money to our bank account instantly and very easily as it takes 0% charge for sending money to bank.
CUSTOMER SERVICE-Its customer service is not so bad as they will reply you under 24 hours.
PRODUCT QUALITY-The product quality is almost the same as a new product we buy from a shop.
DELIVERY TIME-delivery time is very usual as it will deliver product in 3-7 working days
APP&WEBSITE-paytm app and website works very instant and is very reliable
but sometimes while transferring money to the bank the money deducts but dont come in bank it take 2-3 day to show up again in your paytm wallet so guys this thing is dissappointing
I will recommend it to everyone as its very usefull for bill payments
