Paytm was very good when it was just recharge site but its service has been degrading for a while now and I am not pleased with its service.
Paytm was the first online service I ever used to recharge my prepaid card and it was very good. The recharges were done instantly and I was very happy with the service.
But in my last two recharges they failed and paytm text me that the transactions are taking time from airtel but when I did it with free charge it was done in under 30 secs. I find it very strange.
Also the money took about under 2 days to be refund in my paytm wallet. So that’s OK but its not good that they are selling products when their basic feature of recharge doesn’t work well.
Although my previous experiences with paytm has been great but I am not happy now. Well the website works good and bargain functionality is good to buy from sellers on paytm.
So even though I had okay experience I would recommend it as they refund you the money back and its still a good service.
