I am old user of paytm but due to less storage I deleted the app ad start using online site.
4-5 days ago I booked a train ticket from paytm.com site as they have irctc option with them. At the time of booking there is no problem I face and ticket booked simply.
But at the journey date plan changed and I want to cancel my ticket. The train departure time is 13: 30 and as per IRCTC rule you will only get refund if you cancel ticket 4 hours ago the train departure time. And the as my plan change at 9: 24-9: 25 I have more 5 minite tp cancel ticket and get refund, so I open browser and paytm is already logged in there so I just go to my ticket I reached at cancel button at 9: 26 I have 4 more minutes but when ckick on cancel the page is no further load, I tried more than 5-6 times but the page didn’t load and ticket not cancelled and its 9: 30 already.
Than after I download the paytm app on mobile go ticket and click on cancel and within that single click ticket got cencel but it already over the time so I didn’t get refund.
So paytm your works properly but your site not and that’s why I loose some of my money because of you.
