Last week I have purchased a laptop del inspiron i5 5th generation processor, 1TN HD, 8Gb ram with windows 8 at Rs 40000 with 6000 paytm cash back. Original cost of laptop is RS 48000 .I was very happy to get the offer which I thought was cheapest what I could get but now I am confused and lil worried after reading reviews here about paytm.
I am really surprised to know that they don’t have customer care . I personally do not have any bad experience but all these people cannot be wrong .thanks to mouth shut for useful reviews . Now I am planning to cancel my order and order it from amazon which is far far better.
