In my case paytm has sent me a product with its mrp on the box. the mrp is 560/- and on their site they claim it to be of 1599/- they are showing a discount of 67% on 1599/- and then again offering a cash back. when I wrote them with all sorts of picture and all, they agreed to refund 50/-, as per their calculations. Now forget about the refund part I just want to teach them a good lesson. what is the procedure, as I have sufficient proof of their forgery.
Also this site doesn’t provides facility to users to review a particular product they have used. this provides them additional advantage to hide the real qualities of the product.
